Backpacker Key Lime Pie

This recipe is vegan

Sarah and I took a trip recently and one of the places we stopped at was in Key West. We had to eat some Key Lime pie while we were there. Sarah got a vegan version, I had the regular. Sarah's was better.

Ingredients:

This pudding cost 77 cents at Aldi. I got the True Lime at Cub Foods. It was $3. You can order True Lime off of Amazon, but it's pretty spendy if you get it there.

Directions:

  1. Add the True Lime to the instant pudding powder
  2. Add water, stir it up, and let sit for about 5 minutes
  3. Break up some Graham Crackers and mix into the pudding mix
